The CalFresh Healthy Living team promotes and supports healthy, active lifestyles to reduce nutrition and physical activity-related chronic disease risk and improve the long-term health of San Bernardino County youth and families. CalFresh Healthy Living uses educational strategies and community-wide approaches to drive individual behavior change and create supportive school and community environments that make the healthy choice the easy choice.
